World Gesture Guide is a lovely well researched piece with lots of extras like a pocket-sized guide for Japan's hand gestures, a fold out poster (I think this may be the book jacket, it's not clear), and done in 2 colours. The book explains and compares what hand gestures mean in different countries and cultures. I always like a bit of minimal information graphics.
