Arjowiggins Creative Papers
Arjowiggins Creative Papers is knwon for some of the most creative collaborations between a paper merchant and an artist / photographer / designer. You'd easily mistake some of their work for a fashion shoot or art project. For the launch of their Inuit paper range, Arjowiggins commissioned English type designer Jeremy Tankard.
Whereas for the launch of their Curios range, a collaboration was conceived by advertising agency Reflex with French photographer GrĂ©goire Alexandre - enter The Curious Story. 'The concept centres on a girl’s journey through different, colourful worlds, incorporating paper sculptures and settings.'
'Le Creative Sweatshop is the result of the encounter between Ndeur and Make a Paper World in January 2009: a conceptual agency based of modern communication means and mediums, through the lens of the DIY culture.' Using Arjowiggins papers, they created four breathtaking window displays, solely from crafted paper, showing again what a powerful medium it can be when used by a skilled craftsman, as opposed to just something used in print.
I previously posted about Arjowiggins's collaborations here.
